Do you offer video tours or virtual tours?

Yes! In addition to photos, I offer video walkthroughs, virtual tours (such as Matterport or 360° tours), and drone footage to give potential buyers an immersive experience.

How much does real estate photography cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size of the property and the services required. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs.

How do I book a session?

Booking is completely free! You can book a session by contacting us via phone, email or you can book your shooting day straght through the website.

Payment is only required after the photoshoot.

How far in advance should I schedule?

It’s best to book at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak real estate seasons.

Do you charge extra for travel?

Detailed map of covered area you can find HERE. For properties outside this range, a travel fee may apply. Contact us for details.

Photography Session

How long does a real estate photoshoot take?

A standard session takes 30-60 minutes for photos and up to 2 hours or more if video, drone, or 3D tours are included. The session duration also depend by property size and your personal prefers.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

You can be presented during session but it’s doesn’t nessessery.

How should I prepare the home for photos?

A clean, decluttered, and well-lit home photographs best. Some key tips:

• Remove personal items (toothbrushes, laundry, pet items).

• Open curtains and blinds to let in natural light.

• Turn on all lights for a bright and inviting look.

• Hide trash cans and cords for a clean appearance.

• Make beds and straighten furniture for a polished look.

Delivery & Editing

Do you edit the photos?

Our real estate photo editing process empowers your images to truly shine, incorporating essential steps designed for excellence. We embrace:

– Photo enhancement

– Colour cast removal

– Perspective correction

– Sky replacement (if nessesseraly)

– Removal of unwanted objects and much more.

Can you edit out unwanted objects?

Yes, We can remove minor distractions (e.g., wires, small clutter) for free. More advanced edits like removing furniture or fixing landscaping are available for an additional cost.

What is the turnaround time?

We deliver professionally edited photos within 12-24 hours after the shoot. Videos, virtual tours or any 3D products can take up to 48 hours.

What kind of payments are you accept?

We accept majority kind of credit or debit cards. We are not collect credit cards information.

Do you offer drone photography?

Yes! Aerial photos and videos provide stunning views of the property and surrounding area.

Can you do twilight or sunset shots?

Yes! Twilight photography creates a warm, inviting look and is great for luxury listings. There’s an additional fee for twilight sessions. Also we offering virtual day for dusk. 

Do you offer virtual staging?

Yes! We can digitally furnish empty rooms to help buyers visualize the space.

Policies

What if it rains on the scheduled day?

If weather conditions prevent an outdoor shoot, I’ll reschedule at no extra charge.

Who owns the photos?

LARO Studio retain the copyright, but clients get full usage rights for marketing purposes. Photos cannot be resold or used for non-real estate purposes without permission.
